You own the stack, the weights, and the data. Compute and hardware are billed to you directly — Alyr's fee covers the build, the agents, the memory layer, and support.
Two to three days, on-site or remote: we map your workflows, deliver an AI roadmap, and show you exactly what we'd deploy and the return. The fee is credited toward your build if you go ahead.
