We sit with your team, map the workflows, and find where AI actually moves the needle. No boil-the-ocean roadmaps — the two or three places it pays for itself first.
AI-native operating systems
Alyr builds an operating system around how your company actually works — not the other way round. One place for clients, projects, vendors, estimates and approvals, with a private AI assistant inside it that prepares the work and tells you what needs a decision. Your accounting stays where it is.

The problem
Your project software knows about projects. Your accounting knows about money. Your drive holds the drawings, your inbox holds the decisions, and the part that connects them lives in the heads of the people who've been there longest.
The data already exists. What's missing is a model of how it all fits together — which is exactly what an AI needs before it can be any use at all. Alyr builds that model first, then builds the system around it — and keeps the model current, so the system gets sharper the longer it runs.
What changes
| Today | After |
|---|---|
| Six systems, four spreadsheets, and the one person who knows where everything is | One system holds the job from first contact to final invoice |
| “Where does that stand?” is a phone call | It's on the screen, updated by the work itself |
| The visit gets written up three days later | It's captured while you're still standing there |
| The same request, typed out again | Drafted before you're back at your desk |
| The cash position is an evening with the reports | Current every month, without the evening |
Same team. Same jobs. Far less chasing.
How we work
We sit with your team, map the workflows, and find where AI actually moves the needle. No boil-the-ocean roadmaps — the two or three places it pays for itself first.
We stand up the system, the agents, and the memory on your infrastructure. On-prem, air-gapped, or private cloud — your call. Your data and configuration are yours from day one.
The system learns your business as it runs. We tune, harden, and hand over — with the option to keep us on call. No lock-in, no per-seat meter, no hostage data.
What makes it different
Most "AI solutions" are a thin shell around a model that forgets you between every call. Alyr is built on recall — an open memory engine that curates knowledge from every interaction, links it into a living graph, and consolidates it the way a mind does: keeping the signal, letting go of the noise.
It's the difference between a tool you re-explain every morning and one that actually knows your business.
Open-source core — no black box, no way to hold your memory hostage →Built for
If the honest answer to “where does this job stand?” is “let me ask a few people,” you're the kind of company we build for. Any operation where the work crosses enough hands that your people have become the connective tissue between your systems.
If you run three jobs a year, you don't need us. If you run tens or hundreds, you probably already know you do.
Engagements
No packages, no per-seat meter. What you already run, what your data looks like, and what you need fixed decide the work — so every engagement is scoped with you and quoted as a fixed fee before anything starts. The system runs on hardware you own, your right to run it is permanent, and compute and hardware are billed to you directly.
Two to three days, on-site or remote: we map how your operation actually works — the workflows, the handoffs, the leaks — and deliver the model plus an AI roadmap, with a scoped quote for the build. The fee is credited toward that build if you go ahead.

Keep it sharp once you're live:
Tell us what your business does and where it hurts, and we'll come back with the shape of the work and the number. Written scope, fixed fee, no hourly surprises — and no lock-in.
Tell us what your business does and where it's drowning in its own process. We'll tell you — straight — whether AI on your own hardware can fix it.
